Let’s just say
For one day
You took your life seriously
For one day
You awoke
Purposed to encounter the fullness
Set aside in the universe
Specifically for you and your gifts
Let’s just say skepticism
Self doubt
Unforgiveness
Or any other sentiment or intention
That made you and others in your life smaller
Was not even an option?
So now
In light of this very present enlargement
Your day welcomes
Each and every idea that is golden
Every exquisite and lovely thought
You have ever had towards anyone or anything
Even your enemies now have purpose
For your willingness to release that stained status
Is resident in your forgiveness to all
For freely have you been given
Why then would you not extravagantly
Pour out in the same measure
The favor and grace resident in this abundance?
And as you enter into this enchanted responsiveness
Somehow the moment feels full
And it promises to replenish itself
Over and over again
So off you go
Like a young child on the first day of school
Anticipation vibrates inside your chest
As the walls of separation between things of the past
The immediate now
And the dream filled future disappear
And in that moment
As you look down at your hands
Inspiration spills all over your open handed wonder
And it dawns on you for the first time
Everything belongs

Just decided to fill in these blanks while I sit here in awe of this poem, “Imagine One Day Where it all Belongs” . Wow. Talk about a perspective changer. Makes all the insecurity, measuring and doubts just feel so trivial. So much beauty over here. Thank you 🙏
